The Shear Precision Store offers the following policies:

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges without prior notification and the approval of an authorized Shear Precision representative.  If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by sending an email to Sales@ShearPrecisionSharpening.com, and we will correct the problem immediately.  We are available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Central Standard Time, M-F.

We process online and mail orders Mon - Fri, 8 AM to Noon CST. Once online and mail orders are processed we provide mobile services to our customers within our local service area. We do not process online or mail orders on weekends or holidays.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been granted from Shear Precision and a Return Authorization Number has been assigned.

To receive full credit (less shipping), your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid to the location specified by Shear Precision and include the Return Authorization Number marked on the shipping box. If the item you purchased included free shipping and handling, we deduct actual shipping and handling costs.

All items must be NEW (not used), in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping methods, USPS First Class/Parcel Post and USPS Priority Mail.  We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

USPS First Class/Parcel Post: Typically 2 - 9 days in the 48 contiguous states for most origins / destinations. Specific time standards may be available when postage is calculated.  Estimated delivery time within Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico addresses is calculated by entering the origin and destination information into the Postage Price Calculator located in usps.com.  Origin zip code is 35603-6225.

USPS Priority Mail: Typically two to three days to most locations in the US (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service.

APO/FPO Addresses: All orders sent to APO or FPO addresses will ship via the USPS. Please note that orders going to APO or FPO addresses can take up to four weeks for delivery.

Drop Shipping:  Some orders may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer at the discretion of Shear Precision using UPS Ground^® or FedEx Ground^®.  UPS Ground^® and FedEx Ground^® shipments are only available in the 48 contiguous states and cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. 

*Special arrangements can be made to ship UPS Ground^® or FedEx Ground^® drop ship only orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses via USPS for an additional fee.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
