We replace the cutter and plastic base. All blades are inspected, cleaned, lubricated, adjusted, and tested. Replaced (old) parts are returned to the customer.

- Include the Mail Order Service Form and payment receipt with your items.

The Shear Precision technician will contact you if there are any problems.
- Sharpening service is normally completed in 7-10 working days.
- Return shipping by USPS Priority Mail is between $5.05 and $9.95 anywhere in the U.S.A.
- Insurance is required for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are given to USPS for shipping.
